Our refund policy is as follows:

If you have to cancel you have some options....

  1. You can cancel and receive a refund minus the processing fee (2.3% + .30) or receive a full credit towards another class up to 30 days before the start date of the class.
  2. You can cancel and receive a refund of 50% of the tuition up to 21 days before the start date of the class. If we/you can fill your spot with another person you will receive a refund (minus the processing fee) or full credit towards another class!
  3. No refunds will be given for cancellations after the 21 days before the start date of the class. If we/you can fill the spot with another person you will receive a full credit towards another class!

NO SHOWS will not receive a refund or a credit....sorry!

Of course, emergencies happen and people get sick, please contact the office with any questions.

If we have to cancel a class you will receive a full refund.
