MAA Terms and Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any course or program at Metal Arts Academy (MAA), the participant ("Participant") agrees to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between the Participant and MAA. Participation in MAA's courses or programs is conditional on acceptance of these terms.
- Eligibility and Fitness to Participate
By enrolling, the Participant acknowledges that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the selected course or program. The Participant is responsible for assessing their own fitness and ensuring they meet any health or physical requirements needed to engage in activities related to the course. The Participant understands and acknowledges that courses and programs offered by MAA may involve physical activity, the use of tools, and other potentially hazardous tasks. By enrolling, the Participant assumes all risks associated with participating in such activities, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and health issues. MAA is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during participation.
- Release of Liability
The Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to sue MAA, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, or affiliates for any liability, claim, or cause of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death sustained while participating in MAA's courses or programs. This release of liability includes but is not limited to any claims of negligence, breach of contract, or wrongful conduct on the part of MAA.
- Compliance with Safety Guidelines
The Participant agrees to follow all safety guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by MAA during the course or program. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the course without refund.
- Course Fees and Refunds
All course fees must be paid in full prior to completion of the course. MAA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. In the event of cancellation by MAA, the Participant may be offered an alternative course or a full refund. Refunds will not be provided if the Participant voluntarily withdraws or fails to attend a course after enrollment.
