  1. Eligibility and Fitness to Participate

By enrolling, the Participant acknowledges that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the  selected course or program. The Participant is responsible for assessing their own fitness and ensuring they  meet any health or physical requirements needed to engage in activities related to the course. MAA shall not  be held liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from the Participant's failure to assess their  fitness or health for participation.

By enrolling, the Participant assumes  all risks associated with participating in such activities, including but not limited to physical injury, property  damage, and health issues. MAA is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur  during participation.

  1. Release of Liability

The Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to sue MAA, its owners, instructors,  employees, agents, or affiliates for any liability, claim, or cause of action arising out of or related to any loss,  damage, injury, or death sustained while participating in MAA's courses or programs. This release of liability  includes but is not limited to any claims of negligence, breach of contract, or wrongful conduct on the part of  MAA.

  1. Compliance with Safety Guidelines
